As I approached the dam I heard what sounded like a quacking duck type of call (sounded familiar, have heard it at one of the Riverview (cotter area) dams - any ideas AM? Of course it didn't call again and I waited around a while.; Size: 1 200 m�; Aquatic Veg: very little; Bank Veg: tall grass; Overhead Canopy: none; Landscape: grassland, pine forest; QAQC Notes: could have been L. latopalmata, as this species has been recorded from this area before, by Will Osborne
