Yes, it does mean that. But difficult to do from a frozen specimen which would have to be thawed out and 'relaxed' (i.e moisture added in a humid artificial atmosphere) ) before attempting to do that with setting board, pins, tracing paper and entomological tweezers. But a photo from a different angle, without the apparent dark shading would help, However I'm pretty confident its F. tritalis. The dot/dash (sometimes two visible in a line) at about 2/3 the length of the forewing is pretty diagnostic.
