@pmillsApio87 unfortunately, I didn’t get any other pics of the tree, but it was eucalyptus. Given it’s not a the correct host, do you know what else it could be?
@Hejor1 without seeing the organism that is producing the white substance it is difficult to tell. It could be a young snowball monophlebid (*Monophlebulus*).
