To me this moth does not look like Athetis tenuis but I can't quite explain why.

I think the shape of the wings is too rounded for Noctuidae. There is hair on the head : Tineoidea?

OK, I had my doubts too. The new Moths book (in press) I think, may help to separate some of these similar looking moths. The forewing has a slight 'point' is 'squared off' slightly and has subtle markings on the outer forewing margin alomg the costa near the tip. I think I have seen others like it.

It's short upcurved palpi are consistent with Stennomatidae but I can't match it there. It's probably an oecophorid, some have short palpi.
