User's notes

These "American" Honeysuckle plants (Lonicera) were on Sale at Farmer's Market at Epic today. Is this "American" species also highly INVASIVE like other Lonicera species ? Please Refer this info to Steve Taylor, ACT Weeds Officer for his attention/ consideration. Thanks ☺

I have done a little "web" research on this type of Honeysuckle, it seems that it is an Horticultural HYBRID between 2 European Honeysuckles, Lonicera etrusca and Lonicera caprifolium. Socalled "American" Honeysuckle is a vigorous climber etc... this definitely raises some invasiveness Alarm Bells with me... What do others think please ?
