Suggest this is Stegobium paniceum (Drugstore or Biscuit Beetle), family Anobiidae (or Subfamily Anobiinae, Family Ptinidae). There are LOTS of these biscuit beetles in our packets of dried papadums, which have been on the shelf for a while, such that I will refer to them instead now as Papadum Beetles. P.S. As with the sailors of old, their presence didn't stop me shaking them out and still eating the papadums!
