This looks like Caenoplana coerulea. What is your source for the suggestion of Caenoplana bicolor?

C. coerulea appears to have a single stripe while C. bicolor has a triple stripe based on photos in ALA https://bie.ala.org.au/species/urn:lsid:biodiversity.org.au:afd.taxon:1b49d27f-a60b-433f-8d4a-debbc22ceac9#gallery
