Author's notes
This was not a full survey. 37 plants found in one hour of random meander, some singly, some in loose clusters. The photos illustrate the colour range, from yellowish to purple. The purple flowered plant has the leaf still present which is unusual, as it mostly seems to be withered at flowering. They often seem to have a couple of unopened buds at the base of the inflorescence. On this date, some plants were only in bud, one only just emerging from the leaf, but most in full flower, none finished. This site did not get burnt in early 2020.
