Thanks Jon. I wasn't confident enough to ID but hoped they were! These ants were very close to our house so happy for samples to be collected for ANIC. The sighting is from Nov 2018 but I am sure they will still be there. Now I know what I am looking for. :)

Hi Cath, you are absolutely right - well spotted! I'm not sure if a sighting can be listed with two species, but this one certainly should be as both insects are readily identifiable. I'll find out. Cheers, Jon
