Thanks for the sighting LisaH. Yes, I agree that it is a male. Not as scruffy as some of the ones I have seen when they shed their breeding plumage! Could you please adjust your bird sightings to have a single number for abundance. This is to fit in with the standard survey method used for birds outside of CNM. A reasonable estimate is fine.
