Perhaps an Armillaria - but it could be a Hypholoma. A view of the stem and gills would be very useful.

Thanks Christine. Excellent! Despite being not clear it shows that the gills are not dark, which rules out Hypholoma since the dark purple-brown spores of that genus give the gills a dark colour. Also, your additional photo shows the ring of tissue around the stem and there is a brownish colour on it (and check this photo: Fungus Armillaria luteobubalina (Australian Honey Fungus) on 30 May 2018). All together, it supports Michael's suggestion.
