I would aggre with P subdolorosa except for the white speckles.
They are symmetric so not pollen grains or lost scales.
The photos I have found for P. subdolorosa do not show any speckles.
The only Pollanisus species with symmetric speckles on BOLD looks to me to be P. cyanota,
but that is a Queensland and Northern NSW species.

Admittedly, many of the specimens of P. subdolorosa on Bold Systems 4 don't show speckles , but a few images I saw on Bold Systems 4 for NSW (bottom of the list) seemed to me to have symmetrical speckles! I wonder what the ANIC specimens show.

I only found one photo of P. subdolorosa on
http://v4.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=19508
How do you get a whole bunch?

Click on the 'Public Data' button and you get images of multiple specimens of P. subdolorosa from both Qld and NSW. Of course, you may still not agree!

There are several possibilities for bronze collared specimens, incl P. subdolosa and edwardsi. I don't think its generally possible to separate them using photos of closed wing specimens. I don't think the light forewing scales are diagnostic of any species.
