Alison this is an Armillaria sp.. Note the stipe appears to taper to the base and is darker below the annulus (ring), center specimen. Looks like A. luteobubalina with the yellow tones though not convinced as appears to have dark edges to the lamellae (gills), which I've not seen on this species. The dark brown tones on the caps, which I'm assuming (and never assume anything!!) that these are old specimens, so maybe confusing the issue!
