It is impossible to distinguish between the local Hakea decurrens and the commonly planted Hakea sericea on the basis of immature follicles (nuts).

Although a definitive iD can't be given. I think it is most likely to be Hakea sericea as Hakea decurrens tends to have reddish-brown branches, while in sericea they tend to be grey
