I’ve been looking at other photos for reference today and I believe that a it is collared sparrowhawk. Hopefully I will see once again sometime soon

Yes I also agree with Sparrowhawk. The square tail in photo 1 helps to differentiate from the similar Brown Goshawk (which has a rounded tail).
