using LUCID key to plants of SouthEast Australia takes me to Calandrinia pickeringii.
This isn't on CNM or in the Census but the fit is good. ALA shows one record for Canberra, and one from the Shoalhaven.

The leaf description (shape, length, width) of this plant is consistent with C. pickeringii but not with the other two Calandrinia in the NSW Flora.

I'm afraid yes. I think we can agree on the genus; so perhaps Calandrina sp.
