I think it is a rather worn Persectania species.
On the forewing: I think I can still see the submarginal arc of feather plume markings.

Yes, its very worn and it has some features which are visibly ( hinwing margins, major hindwing streak etc.) similar to some similarly worn examples of P, ewingi which have been posted on the ALA. It has a very plain looking head, but again that could just be extreme wear. Not sure it s P. ewingi though.
