This is a male from November, rather than the autumn Casbia we've been looking at recently, and I can't see that it matches any of the forms of male C. melanops. I can't see any named species candidates at ANIC, although it doesn't have authoritatively identified specimens of C tanyaoctena and or celidosema. Looking at MoV7, C. tanyaoctena looks a reasonable match. The photo here has a faint M mark as noted in MoV for C. tanyaoctena, and not the larger splotch of C. celidosema. But this is far from a certain match, so I would go for a qualified C. tanyaoctena or Ian's original Casbia sp.
