User's notes

A story of Gang gangs Fledging. This is the story following on from CT1000 posting CNM4247032, who took a great photo and video of this event. Mum was on the branch at the front of the hollow. She took off followed by the male nestling and the Dad close behind (photo 1). They flew to a nearby tree over 100 metres away in someones backyard. 6 minutes later I found the three high up in a tree with Mum feeding her son (photo 2) (photo 3 the fledgling on its own) . The other male nestling has been left on his own (photo 4) but Mum returned just before dark to guard the hollow for the night (photo 5). The second nestling will most likely fledge tomorrow. This pattern follows other Gang gang fledgings I have witnessed.
