1st Canberra Nature Map record of this restricted and probably locally rare gum - very interested in any further sightings of this species.

I asked Greg Baines to check the ID he said "Yep, I think so. It is a little difficult to see in the image but the juvenile leaves look to be amplexicaul rather than connate making it E. glaucescens."

Thanks Phillip very much appreciated. This location on "The Pimple" was previously recorded in 2014, but we are unsure as to the population size. Do you have a more accurate estimate of the number of plants, eg is it closer to 100 or 16.

Michael, I think it would be closer to 16 but I didn't look very closely so there may have been others that weren't obvious.
