No upright stems indicates that it's not a club moss.
This may be an issue with the system, as mosses don't come up as a subsection of "Plants" as they should, but as an afterthought in the "lichens" category.

I agree this isn’t a clubmoss - on NatureMapr bryophytes are classed separately to vascular plants to facilitate specialisation of expert moderators
