The shape and texture of the leaves looks more like hispida than incurva, but need flowers to be sure.

Across all colonies, I would have probably seen several thousand plants. Not one of them showed any evidence of having flowered, or having buds. Unfortunately they will have to remain "sp." for the time being.
Given the number of colonies I didn't bother reporting them all because "sp." didn't seem as useful as the actual species name within the database. I did report the colonies on the edges of their distribution.

I am too. They didn't seem to care that it is a bad year. Everything else though looked to be well behind schedule.
