Descendants of trees planted around 2000. Becoming quite invasive.

I am inclined to think that this is Acacia decurrens x, the other parent unknown. The number of flowers per head is in the right range, and the stems are ridged. However, the leaf stalks do not appear to me to be decurrent (continuing down the stems).

Betty I think the leaf ridges do continue down the stems
