Yes it is a male Lasioglossum (Parasphecodes) species, but without seeing the hair pattern under the abdomen and other details it is not possible to tell which species. I suspect it is not L. sulthicum because males of that species usually have red-brown tibiae and tarsi.

Thanks, Michael. After a more detailed look at the PaDIL key, I agree it is not L. sulthicum. Additional details are 8mm length, sparce sternite vestiture, tomentum on terga absent, clypeus polished, propodeum ruguloso-striolate. Possibly L. taluche, but not totally sure so happy to stay with the sub-genus ID for now.
