If this was Zacorus carus I would expect to see the prominent forward and upward pointing palps of that species. Do you have a view from the side?

It does have typical Oecphoridae labial palpi, and is one of the Philobota spp rather than Zacorus.

Sighting Philobota physaula (A concealer moth) on 21 May 2018 was nearby, also in large numbers.

Looks similar to Philobota pilipes, although on Bold Systems 4 the palps seem more prominent for that species.
