Could it be Tachystola stenoptera?

I keep going back to Telocharacta and Microbela (Philobota group) for 3877878, 3872337 and 3869672 but cannot find specimens with the dark collar that each of these three has.

Parergophila melirrhoa has the collar, as well as the other features that suggested Telocharacta
