The Muscoidea isn't recognized as valid taxon based on molecular evidence: its a paraphyletic 'grade' of family-level clades. Most authors refer to it as the "muscoid grade" - if you want to implement such a group in the list, it should bear this name. This specimen is also not a calliphorid.
