This looks like a Cudweed, but even that is such a diverse group...

My best guess is Gamochaeta purpurea, which used to be called Gnaphalium american - spiked cuddled

It does not really look like Gamochaeta purpurea.
I suggested Gamochaeta coarctata because one of the leaves shows a definite midvein. The arrangement of the flowers is OK. However, Flora of North America, which gives a much more detailed description than Plantnet, states that the stems have a white tomentum.
