Pretty confident this is not Synemon plana, I suggest Anachloris subochraria, Golden Grass Carpet.

Lepidoptera Butterfly House have given the incorrect common name for this species on their website. According to Moths of Victoria Vol 3. p. 29 Golden Grass Carpet is the correct common name for A. subochraria (there is a dark coloured form of the species as well) whereas Hook-lined Carpet is reserved for A. uncinata.
