Richard, Matthew is correct, this is a speckled warbler. I have undone your confirmation as pipit and confirmed Matthew's suggestion.

Not surprised at all that the initial thought was pipit. When I saw the photo I realised that it had that sort of look about it. But yes, as Ryu rightly identified, they were Speckled Warbler.
