An albino Caladenia. Without any colour clues, I'd be reluctant to pick between fuscata and carnea, although the stem does look thickish, pointing to carnea.
I agree with Cath, but think it most likely to be C. carnea as it was found in a known hot spot for carne and I have seen albino plants there previously
