Stylidium graminifolium is also found on Black Mountain. Without photos of the whole plant and the leaves I suspect it is the latter from the flower colour, which is much more pale than S. armeria. Even so, information about the stem, leaves, and the whole plant is essential for a firm ID.

I have added a photo showing the whole plant. The leaves can be seen at the bottom of the photo, partially obscured by a twig. The leaves seem to be a rather small basal rosette, but I doubt that the photo has enough detail to determine which species it is.
