There appears to be banding on some which would indicate redfin and they are holding in areas of shade which the other small schooling species dont prefer and juvenile redfin do like macrophyte beds. The picture is slightly out of focus (often a problem with fish photos as the camera focuses on the surface or the substrate) and from the top, not the best angle for fish id as most are dark.
