I thought it unusual to see a group of apparent adults with one young chick, or perhaps this is a second breeding with a group of almost grown young from a previous brood.
There are only 2 birds (at the rear) that are fully grown adults. The rest are nearing adult plumage but not quite yet. (They all look like females but this is just the immature plumage). The duckling could be a different clutch or a foster from another family that abandoned it or maybe it hatched later than the others.
