Its a Long eared bat (Nyctophilus species) not a chocolate wattled bat. Its ears are not fully erect. The photo is a bit blurry so it's difficult to ID to the species, could be either lesser Long eared bat or Gould's long eared bat.

Long eared bats have the capacity to concertina their ears up or down as they wish. This one the ears are down. The main way to figure out what species is by the shape of a bump on the nose. The photo is a bit blurry so can't make out which one it is.
