A successful 'twitch' thanks to tip-off from Ryu and others, much appreciated. Two kites observed putting on a great show in a stiff breeze.

Nice photos showing distinctive long, drooped wings with prominent spread 'fingertips' and long forked tail. Wish I was there to 'twitch' it as well, still haven't seen a Black Kite in the ACT, only close by in NSW.
