It seems too brightly coloured for a Laccaria and the caps too glossy. Sometimes the latter might be the result of surface water, e.g. early morning condensation or after rain - but I can't see any moisture on the grasses. That makes me think the glossiness is an inherent feature and makes me wonder if this is a species of Hygrocybe. Species of that genus have caps to a few centimetres in diameter, are often brightly coloured and some have what could be called a sticky, glue-like coating to cap and/or stem - which gives a glossy look.

Thank you. This photo was taken in the afternoon and there had been no rain.
