New location of this plant considered to be regionally rare. A few more sightings like this and we will be able to take it off the rare plant list.
User's notes
The plants were forming carpets in shallow water and adjacent moist soil in areas along the river upstream of the crossing. The plants I collected for a herbarium specimen (RWP11451) had young buds on them; a fragment I kept at home on moist sand has just flowered.
