Significant sighting

MichaelMulvaney noted:

30 Jan 2019

Native Pearlwort is listed as endangered in Victoria and it is probably no more common in or region. There are only two post 1985 records from the ACT and only 54 national records with the Atlas of Living Australia

User's notes

This plant was growing in a crack in rocks along a creek bank. There was just enough water ooze to keep the small amount of soil damp. A sample was identified as Sagina namadgi. The photographs of this plant show the solitary flower on a single axillary stem, a feature which is different to the other Sagina species. NSW Flora Online. I think an earlier sighting (3377061) was miss-identified as Sagina apetala and I have made comments to that effect on that sighting.
