I don't know what it is either. My guess is that it might be a small Lipotriches species. The names of species within that genus still need sorting out. The most common small species of Lipotriches with a red-brown tip to the abdomen is usually distinctly metallic green elsewhere with noticeable hair bands on the abdomen. This could be one of the less common species.
