The small dark mark on the forewing disqualifies Telocharacta but matches Endeolena. The dark fringe on the forewing termen also matches Endeolena. The very similar E. xanthiella is also possible and the two species will probably not be able to be separated in photos. Both species have been recorded regularly in the ACT in the past.
