I am tending not to think this is E. fractaria for the following reasons: 1. the overall elongated look of the specimen 2. No hint of eyespots in the hindwing and the hindwing line is not wavy enough and 3. no red-brown inner margin to the forewing. I can't be sure whether the antennae are pectinate (Phelotis cognata), so I think a Psilosticha spp. are possible. However, I think the hindwing major line is too waved for P. cognata and doesn't show fine dots. Both P. absorpta and P.mactaria have a waved major hindwing line, but I don't think the major forewing line is curved enough for P.absorpta. Therefore because of the above, and hindwing pattern and forewing leading edge tick marks I'm suggesting Psilosticha mactaria.

Unless it is an artifact of the photo angle, this moth has narrower wings than the more broadwinged P. mactaria.
