I doubt that this is Senecio pinnatifolius, which usually has deeply dissected leaves. It is more likely to be Senecio linearifolius, possibly var. latifolius. https://keys.lucidcentral.org/keys/v3/plants_se_nsw/key/plants_se_nsw/Media/Html/entities/senecio_linearifolius.htm
