This could be an aberrant Dodonaea viscosa. A couple of the leaves are shiny. Dodonaea viscosa leaves are usually shiny and sticky. Your closeup in photo 2 shows male flowers. Photo 3 shows a developing seed case. Dodonaea viscosa usually has male and female flowers on different plants, occasionally male and bisexual flowers on the same plant, as here.
