According to the criteria provided for Chlorocoma spp. by MoV (Part 4), the lack of a clearly visible yellow dorsal line (thorax and abdomen) and the more prominent (four) discal spots suggested to me this might be C. externa. Both C. dichloriaria and C. externa were said to have a red face, white antennae and thin red collar on the head which is visible on this, presumably female (antennae not visibly branched) specimen. However the outer fringe to the wings is yellowish and not dark red or spotted and the outer margin of the hindwing appears slightly angled - both features which MoV says are consistent with C. dichloraria.

Good points. I think the fringes are pink, and appear pale because they are silhouetted against the dark background, and with the plain green abdomen, I now think it is C. externa.
Anyway, BOLD suggests that 32 of the 52 species of Chlorocoma that they illustrate are unnamed, see
http://v4.boldsystems.org/index.php/TaxBrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=5657
so there is more than an even chance that this is one of those.

How about Prasinocyma spMoV1, beside C. externa in MoV? No black spots on hw termen.

C. externa has black spots in the hw and fw termen. This moth does not.
