I keep going back to Telocharacta and Microbela (Philobota group) for 3877878, 3872337 and 3869672 but cannot find specimens with the dark collar that each of these three has.
Perhaps Snellenia flavipennis? I have only seen Felder & Rogenhofer's drawing of this, which shows no labial palps. Are the palps of S, flavipennis actually as big as in say Snellenia lineata?
Wendy Moore identified a moth with a dark collar as Microbela epicona, see http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/phil/epicona.html Is this an error?
When making the previous comment I was thinking only about plain yellow moths with dark terminal cilia like this record and the other two. Microbela epicona has other dark marks, including a dark collar. (I haven't seen Snellenia flavipennis.)
Parergophila melirrhoa has the collar, as well as the other features that suggested Telocharacta. (I believe the dark streaks towards the apex are shadows under the veins, sot the forewing is uniformly yellow except for the dark termen.)
