User's notes

the Shelducks were initially in a mixed flock of Ducks consisting of 30-40 Plumed Whistling Ducks, 50-60 Pacific Black Ducks, 60-70 Chestnut and Grey Teals including a number of young Chestnut Teals with reddish colour to face, 3 or 4 Australian Wood Ducks and 4 Australian Shelducks. The Shelducks were wariest and disappeared early further down over the back and did not come closer. There were 2 dams the ducks were moving between but not all moved together. Each species has been listed separately.
