It was very dark and I suspected it was a different morph. A female I guess from the lack of sex brands.

Hi Kevin, it might be best to change the gender to unknown as the female and male Meadow Argus are very similar in appearance; a comparison of size, wing shape and forelegs is needed to separate them out.
