The female would have been about 50 mm in length, the male only about 25-30 mm.

This is a common grasshopper of montane areas, living in shrubbery. There is no need to suppress location. I'm surprised it has not been recorded before, See page 153 my book..

Hi RogerF, this shouldn't be suppressed for you. Can you see the coordinates listed over on the right hand side of page? But I did notice Google is having some image issues with missing images and blurry images at certain zoom levels.

Yes the coordinates are listed below the blank image, but the line below, headed location, says location surpressed. So I supposed this was due to an alleged rarity of this grasshopper.
