It might be Desmodium brachypodum. You need flowers or pods to do an ID.

That looks like an out of focus Glycine pod in the middle. A Desmodium pod would be flatter with an uneven edge even if unfocussed.

I also lean towards Desmodium brachypodum, but as mike says the pod should have an uneven edge. However if it was Glycine it should have space hairs on the pod - which aren't evident. We'll wait until pod develops a little, unless you can provide leaf measurements - the Desmodium leaves are about twice as large as those of the Glycine

Sorry. It does not really help. Some of the information in the photos suggests one species, other information the other. Wait till the pod develops.
